Yellow-bellied Sapsucker? (1 Viewer)

I've only seen a couple of sapsuckers in the past and they were a lot more colorful on a sunny day.-Is that what this is?-thanks-Larry.

It's definitely a Yellow-bellied Sapsucker. We have an identical one in our front yard at present.
