Grey-lined hawk? Guanacaste, Costa Rica. July. (1 Viewer)

Best I can come up with is juv grey-lined hawk, but this was seen quite some way north of the range shown in Garrigues fieldguide guide. Any ideas?

Agree on Black-hawk.

In Guanacaste is should be Gray hawk if similar to Gray-lined.
