Chiffchaff or Willow Warbler? Shropshire (1 Viewer)

Sorry the photos are not great, but wonder if anyone could help me id this bird. Taken in mixed woodland the other day, in Shropshire. The nature reserve said you are likely to see Chiffchaff and Willow Warbler. I suspect it is one or the other. The bird was quite high in the canopy, but did follow us around, if that's characteristic behaviour? Many thanks

Looks like from the first picture it was singing - that's always the easiest way to differentiate between the two! Otherwise my guess would be Chiffchaff though hard to tell from the pics, looks like a contrasting lower eye ring, dark legs and overall drab appearance but I may well be wrong!
