Looks like Saxicola dacotiae, photo from this evening at the edge of Durankulak reed-bed. Your comments will be much welcome.

Nominate subspecies of European Stonechat Saxicola rubicola rubicola - can be quite bright with a lot of white patches, but rump still streaky (thus, not Siberian S. maurus).
