A report of a very successful trip to Gujarat and Rajasthan in February of this year has just been (or will soon be) posted on the usual websites.

Worth looking at for Richard Porter's superb photographs of many of the key species (as well as my superb words of course).

Hi Mike

Something seems to have happened to the Surfbirds Trip Reports section and all the Asian ones since July 23rd have vanished, hopefully temporarily. It is not on John Girdley's site yet as he is away, and the other site I normally post on seems to be out of action.

If you PM me with your email address I will send you the report.

Steve

Here is the report in pdf format as there have been problems uploading it to the trip report sites

Sounds like a really interesting part of India with some cracking birds - and a great finale with the lion!

Cheers
Mike
