Pheasent eating English Yew berries. (1 Viewer)

While I was out hiking around looking for birds my wife used a pocket camera to take this photo of a Pheasent eating berries off of our hedges. I was surprised since we live in the middle of a residential neighborhood.

Lovely. I like pheasants.

They are quite clever at getting at seed feeders (balancing on the tray etc). I reckon it could be a regular visit if you put seed out for it
