Alrite!
Spotted this brute taking out a gull at a distance yesterday in the mouth of the Tyne. I'm not great with Skua id especially at this sort of distance. Is it just a Arctic? seems a bit large.

I should have mentioned I took the record shots from South Shields pier looking towards North Shields/Tynemouth land marks.:t:
