Is Cowpen Marsh actually an RSPB reserve? (1 Viewer)

I've read on the RSPB Community Forums in the Saltholme Blogs that the RSPB do quite a lot of management work at Cowpen Marsh in Cleveland but is not mentioned in the list of RSPB reserves on the RSPB website. My question is, is Cowpen Marsh actually an RSPB reserve either owned or leased or by some other way?
Ian.
