USA Alabama - hawk of some sort (1 Viewer)

I took this shot a few weeks ago in the hills outside of Huntsville, AL. A hawk of some sort (?), but I'm not sure which type.

Not sure what, but doesn't look like a Turkey Vulture. It is way to light for any that I have seen.
 
It's a Turkey Vulture, I see them from this angle all the time at the hawk watch. It's looks lighter due to the sun hitting it but without a doubt a Turkey Vulture.

Thanx for the id. It was pretty dark. I lightened it in photoshop to bring out the details 'cuz it was silhouetted against the sky.
