A skink from Sao Tome, and some sort of small lizard from Principe- any ideas please?

Thank you Andy, though is the House Gecko the common one that's also in Australia? If so the pattern is utterly different; sadly the skink was a quick record shot but you may well be right
 
Thanks for that, the gecko was very distinctive and Principe Day Gecko makes sense, I will see if i can download the book too.
