i think it is a juvenile sharp shinned maybe but not sure.. any ideas?

I think the colour of the breast streaking (and pattern of it) makes this juv Sharpy rather than Cooper's. And as has been said looks rather diminuitive.
 
Ok.. thanks so much the id help.. i was very excited to see this bird in my backyard... He was rather small so i guess that would make it a sharp shinned...
