Hen Harrier? Cornwall UK. (1 Viewer)

Could you please tell me if these were a pair of Hen Harrier. (maybe Ring Tail) as I am sure I saw a white ring between tail and wing through the binoculars.
Sorry about the quality of the pictures, they did not come close.

Look like Sparrowhawks to me too. Can often see white around tail base. Actually the white undertail coverts, which often fluffed out in display. Display can be almost any time but concentrated from late winter through to end April, ie. is going on now!
