No idea about the hummingbird, the underside looks interesting. Its a compact bird so we can rule out the Black-chinned/Ruby-throated/Broad-tailed type species.
Or could it be a female Hooded Oriole? The only reason I'm not thinking Bullock's is because females (which I believe is what your bird is) are more gray. The Oriole in your picture seems to have yellow along it's belly, leaving the Hooded and Scott's Oriole. Which one it is, I don't know.
