My dogs ate a baby birds wing (1 Viewer)

My dogs injured this baby bird, which will never be able to fly again since it's wing got ripped off. I would like to know what can be done for it to either recover (unlikely) or make it's death less suffered. My mom refuses to let me take it to the vet (because coronavirus).

It's a banded wren. Probably was learning to fly.
