Not the clearest picture but I have seen this bird and wondered if anybody could identify it for me please. Seen in the Halterworth area of Romsey

Possibly a domestic guinea fowl, they vary in plumage, but the shape looks right.

An escaped fancy pheasant of some sort - Swinhoe's Pheasant (from Taiwan, but popular in collections), female, looks to be the best fit.

Certainly an exotic (escaped, not on British list) female pheasant of some sort, not a guineafowl.

Swinhoes Pheasant female , Had one in my garden in Leeds UK one Christmas day all very odd.
