Daft as it may seem I've just spent 20 minutes trying to find a UK based Customer service contact e-mail address for Swarovski unsuccessfully. Is there such a beast, if so has anybody a link to where I might find it. Many thanks.

Yet again exceptional service from Swarvoski. I enquired as to whether it would be possible to purchase just the eyepiece cover from a S.O.C. Just over 24 hours later it arrived in the post and free of charge. Unbelievable. Great optics and great customer service, what more could you ask for.
