Wonder if anyone can help when you switch camera on you get err20 come up have tried every thing but nothing works. Have noticed when you take lens of the mirror is up not down any help would be appreciated .

Have you removed the clock battery as well as the main one? That has worked for some people on other forums. Those for whom it didn't had to send the camera away for repair/replacement.
