Common or Lesser Redpoll? England (1 Viewer)

ColonelBlimp

What time is bird?
Basically, Common or Lesser? You might need some telepathy as well as ID skills for this majestically crap photo...o:D

Its front was also quite dark when it turned round.

EDIT: the upload has seemed to turn its back red on the photo...I don't know why!!!

Basically, theres not definate way to tell from this picture. its probably a lesser showing some common features (e.g tramlines etc).

Cheers for the IDing people. I was leaning towards lesser but I wasn't all that sure.

I'm surprised you can tell from the photo! I didn't have my Nikon D3X and 200-400mm VR lens with me at the time (ho ho I wish!!!)
