Hi all, these IDs are tenuous for me and I was wondering if you could help.

I think these are Anna's but wanted to make sure:

This appears to be a short tailed raptor with a long bill, so buteo. Do you agree? I'm thinking RTH since no sign of banding on tail but at this time of year, a few more options. Taken at a range of probably 100m.

Is this possibly a Yellow Warbler?

The hummingbird is indeed anna's hummingbird calypte anna and I believe your other two id's are on the money,rth and yellow warbler. Where in so-cal were the pictures taken?
