I've asked Almaty-based guide, Askar Isabekov, to organise a tour in 2020 to get all the ground jays. At this stage, we're looking for a couple of people to join this 3-person (plus guide/s) tour to get Pander's Ground Jay in Kazakhstan and Xinjiang and Henderson's in China (unfortunately Pleske's in Iran will not be possible at the moment).
The tour, commencing in Almaty, is tentatively scheduled for mid to late April 2020, and the expected cost is 1850 Euros which include all accommodation and food in both countries, and two domestic flights. It does not include flights between Almaty and Urumchi or, of course, international flights from wherever is home for you.
