Can someone please confirm that this is a male Painted Bunting in transition? Taken near Carara National Park Costa Rica in January.

The head color and the beak size and color put me in mind of a Painted Bunting but there's something about the wing colors that's not doing it for me. Let's see what the experts have to say.
