I don't want to pollute this forum with my endless questions for ID, but on the other hand I also want to tap into the local expertise, because apparently my problems are already hard enough so that on Facebook groups, everyone ignores them. So I decided to vomit a lot of things from two only marginally interconnected continents into one thread so that people can ignore it summarily without too much effort 
For reference, I suggest we address the pictures with a letter/number combination based on the posts.
A1-4: Kanagaroo Rats from Carrizo Plain, CA, USA - I suppose they are Giant, but Heermann's and San Joaquin occur there too. I tried to put a measuring stick in place and compare to photos, but everything comes out nonsensical when the animal is not stretched in hand.
A5: Ord's Kangaroo Rat? Canyonlands, UT, USA
