Swift Optics web site down? (1 Viewer)

Martin Thomas

Retired student
I'm attempting to contact Swift to obtain some replacement eyecups for an elderly pair of Newport MkII binoculars but am unable to bring up their website (via http://www.swift-optics.com). I've used two different PC's to access the site but am getting a 'The page cannot be displayed' message on both.

Does anyone know of a valid e-mail address for their customer services or better still a UK representative who might be able to help me out?

Thanks in advance.

Martin

As mentioned on other thread (post #2), the Swift website is now operating, but the phones in San Jose, CA are "either disconnected or no longer in service." It may be that EABCO is operating the website from their own location, but has not yet made necessary changes. This is getting somewhat like the IBWP situation. When was the last time someone actually talked to a real Swift representative? :scribe:

I managed to speak to Pyser here in the UK who 'may' have what I'm looking. Watch this space!
Hi Martin,

Did you succeed? I ask because I have just acquired a pair and need both eye and objective caps.

Season's best,

Chris
