Migration of the Red-footed Falcon on The Black Sea coast (1 Viewer)

On September 21st 2012 I was on the Romanian Black Sea coast (Vadu, north from Constanta) together with a German photographer (www.bird-lens.com) and we had the opportunity to see hundreds of Red-footed Falcons in migration over the marsh and sandy area near Vadu (CT). They passed all the day from north to south, some of them resting on the wires for some time (see the first pic). In the afternoon we visited another area (about 20 kilometers to North) and in the evening we saw there a flock of about 100-200 birds preparing to stay for the night in some trees along a road (see the second pic).
Both pictures copyright Johannes Ferdinand (www.bird-lens.com).
