Best birding sites in November (1 Viewer)

Hi. Will be flying into Bangkok November 10th. Please recommend best birding sites for about 10 days.

We are novice birders and don't mind just leisurely find bird in hotel/lodge/camping grounds/local parks.

We are also open to booking reasonable bird guides.

I can't help with areas outside of the city but if you are left with a part day or two in Bangkok I can recommend the city park of Suan Rot Fai or the coast at Bang Poo - both accessible by train (plus taxi in the case of the latter).

By the way, I got more of a response to my request for information on a similar subject by posting a link / duplicate thread on the Information Wanted forum rather than on this sub-forum. It may be worth giving it a try.

Khao Yai NP is a cheap three hour coach journey to Pak Chong and a great rainforest location.

Thanks for suggestion of posting in Information Wanted. I am also looking at Khao Yaibut is unsure about how overcrowded it can get.
