Can anyone out there give me some idea of the current status of L-l Buzzard in Hungary (esp the Hortobagy)? Gerald Gorman's 'The Birds of Hungary' (pub1996) tells me they were confirmed as breeding birds in 1992 and bred again in 1994, but what's happened since?

Mebs, Theodor & Schmidt, Daniel (2006): Die Greifvögel Europas, Nordafrikas und Vorderasiens. Kosmos Verlag, Stuttgart.

there have been 4-7 breeding pairs in 2002.
