Looks like a Common Tern to me....especially with the relatively extensive (juv) primary feathers showing in the 1st image.

Adult Common Tern (photo taken in August, and a 1st-calendar year bird would be in juvenile/1st-winter plumage still). This bird is 2+ calendar years old. Post-breeding moult of Common Terns includes replacing primary feathers.
