All Lynx publications are expensive for some reason e.g the Thai guide is considerably more expensive (c40%) than it's Helm equivalent.
Edit: I just tried to download the 'free' checklist for Thailand which is done using a promotional code which you get when you buy the book but its unavailable it seems 'This promo code is currently unavailable'.
