diameter of eyecups, porro swift 8.5X ? (1 Viewer)

Can anyone measure and please tell me the outside diameter of the eyecups on the new waterproof Swift Audubon porros's? My wife has the non-waterproof ones, and they have very comfortable eyecups. Do the new ones have much larger cups?
Thank you.

Luca,

Doesn't look like you ever got an answer to this question unless it was answered on another thread about the Audubon 820. I can't give you an exact figure in mm, because I sold my 820, but I can tell you that the eyecups ARE larger and not as comfortable as the older model. The eyecups are oversized, hard, and the protuding endcap of the center focuser might get in your way if you have a high bridged nose since you have to dig your eyes into the cups to see the entire FOV due to the short ER.

The optics were great, but the flexing focus bar and uncomfortable eyecups made the 820 model inferior, IMO, to the older models.
