Black Guillemots at Holyhead (1 Viewer)

Pete Mella

Getting there...
Sorry for cross-posting - I put this in the Anglesey forum and it seems to be unviewed in there, and I need an answer before the weekend!

Are there still black guillemots at the harbour at Holyhead, and if so whereabouts is the best place to see them? There's a chance I may be having a trip to Anglesey soon and I'm hoping to see them if possible.

Go to the Fish Quay - you head as if heading in to the ferry terminal then down what I think is Turkey Shore Road and then left on to the old quay areas.

Haven't been this year but that area has always served me well.

From memory there was also a viewpoint set up from the footbridge which was signed from the road.
