Newbie here. Looks very interesting. Hope to 'meet' some kindred spirits, interested in wildlife conservation.
Will attempt to attach a picture of one of the badgers that visits my patio every night.

It's great to have you on board. As JennyWren says, you are very fortunate to have badgers in the garden every night. I used to spend hours sat in the woods watching them, though I never did get a decent photo. It would have been a lot easier sat in the house to view them !
I hope you find plenty to interest you in the comnig weeks. I am sure many of us are very interested in conservation for all wildlife, not just birds.
