Need help in identification of these reptiles .One i think is Garden lizard while other is Moniter lizard or are these both one specie .I'm not sure .

I haven't seen a Monitor lizard that looks like this and to me it looks like it's the same species. I don't know which, sorry.
 
They are definitely Agamids... The first one appears to be a Garden Lizard (or another Calotes) as you suggested but I'm thinking the second one is some species of Trapelus due to the shape of its head. I wouldn't be able to tell you the exact species, though.
