Can someone confirm/identify this to be a male Magnolia Warbler fall plumage? Taken in Port Credit Ontario in Oct.

That undertail pattern is as far as I understand pretty unique for Magnolia. Comparing with Sibley, it seems the first winter female can be excluded based on the stripes on the back. Of the remaining types, I am not sure.
