What Gull is this? (1 Viewer)

Hello everyone, I`m a begginer birder from Romania. I saw this gull and i can`t ID it. Is it a Larus cachinans or a Larus michahellis.
Thank you! :)
P.s: Could you explain me why it is one species and not the other. |=)|

I would say Larus michahellis - the legs are very bright yellow, and fairly short. On Larus cachinnans, the legs are longer, and usually only duller yellow.
