Big ask but this bird flashed past when I was near boulders beach Cape Town South Africa can you hazard a guess?

No idea about what should or shouldn't be in South Africa, but if I saw this in my backyard in Scotland, first thought would be European Starling. Bit blurred and artefact-y, so not sure.

Bingo. Introduced to Cape Town in 1897.

(Likewise not an expert in South African avifauna, but that speckled body, short tail, sharp bill... looks exactly like a blurry photo of a common starling would look. It's not any of the native starlings, it's not anything else common...)
