Saw 2 immature and 2 adult Trumpeter Swans near Sterling, OK Sunday. There were reports as many as 14 this winter on the pond.

Directions:
NE Comanche county
.5 miles S of E 1510 and N 2730

That is great! Did you notice if one had a green neck band? I saw 8 -9 swans at a pond in mayes county, OK near Pryor on 1-8-09. One had the green neckband, reported it and waiting for an answer back. I'd give the location but haven't seen them back again. Maybe they headed your way? Two of them were adult males, the rest were immature or females.
