Reed Warbler? (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I've seen this bird today in Western France, near a river.
There were several confirmed Reed Warblers, standing on the reeds near the water, and singing or calling.
But I've been suprised to see this one 50 meters from the river, on a "normal" tree, not in reeds.
It didn't call nor sing.
Does Reed Warbler go on big trees from time to time like that, or is there a chance for a Marsh Warbler?
I'm attaching several poor pictures.
Thank you

Yes Reed Warblers can be seen in trees. To confirm Marsh Warbler you would need much better photos of the primary feathers for a wing formula, leg colour and colour of the rump.
