Kingbird ID? Western or other? Fort DeSoto Florida, today

We had a big storm two days ago that brought in some unusual birds to St. Petersburg Florida. Even a Western Kingbird is odd for this time and location.

I will add that the bill is smaller than Tropical/Couch's Kingbird bill, so Western for me, too.
