Another Raptor ID. Nampa, Idaho, USA

I went out birding twice today, and I spotted this flying on the second trip. I got a picture of it. This is not the same bird I posted earlier on the ID part of the forum. That was on the first trip.

I think its a Golden Eagle, but I want a second opinion. What do you guys think?
