Disgiscoping with Pentax PF80EDA and Canon eos 500d (1 Viewer)

Hi

I've done digiscoping with Pentax connected with compact camera and it's relatively easy to do, but now i want to use a Canon dslr. My first trys were bad.

First try was to use Celestron T-Adapter, Universal 1-1/4" and T-ring to connect the camera to the scope but i can only get focus in at close range 3 to 5 meters.

Other way is to connect the eypiece (XW20) to the camera, but how?
Are anyone using Pentax with Canon dslr with success?
If so, how and which are the most successful ways.

Thanks
With regards
Joaquim

Hi, Thanks

I have some camera lens:

-Canon 18-55 kit lens
-Tamron 90mm
-Sigma 150-500mm

But i think that the only that could be used is the Canon 18-55mm.
