Got this one, and i think it is Butteo butteo, Steppe Buzzared. what do you think? thanks all.

I think it´s a dark morph of long-legged buzzard, because the underwing coverts are not uniformly black like in the dark morph of steppe buzzard.

I'd agree, the wings also look fairly long and theres no sign of a pale breast band for buteo buteo...
