Hello scopers,
In the binocular section I started this thread about experiencing image size in scopes vs. binoculars:
http://www.birdforum.net/showthread.php?p=284383#post284383
Problem at stake: how is it possible that I experience the image through a telescope as small (compared to the view through binoculars)? The issue was explained beautifully, but now there's mr Tannin telling us he doesn't agree at all. To him the view through binoculars is small. He even closes one eye to see more! Are there possibly more of you who prefer the monocular view to the binocular one? Please join in.
