Surfan, I agree with you and Aeshna5, its a Reed Bunting, by for example broad and prominent malar stripe, that is so broad and diffuse, that it ghosts a dark throat in the thumbnail. I have nearly no experience with the rarer asian buntings, though, but your bird looks perfect for a Reed Bunting
