Tripod for 40D (1 Viewer)

Hello all!
I'm looking for an upgrade from my Slik Sprint Pro II which is a little too light for what I'm working with at the moment, So does anybody have any tripod recommendations (preferably under $150 US) that will support the following kit

• Canon 40D
• 100-400mm
• 10-22mm
• 28-135mm

And I'll be using the Manfrotto 804RC2 pan head with the tripod, if that helps by any means.

We have a great tripod, Promaster Combi 25. Its center column comes out and can be used as a Monopod. Our regular price on it is 149.99, however for the forum members it would only be 119.99, shipping to Australia would be 49.99.
