Hi from Mid Sussex (but . . . )

Hi from me!

Although I'm usually based in Mid Sussex, England, as I write this I am in South West France and will be travelling around France, Spain and possibly Portugal until early September.

I'm going to be posting some pretty basic questions, and I know that's one of the reasons forums exist, so I'm expecting to learn a lot from you ppl out there.
