Collared Flycatcher Help

Hi can anyone do anything to save this image? Unfortunately I'd not changed my settings since photographing the Shetland Tengmalm's in the dark.

Please crop as appropriate.

Thanks.

I tried adjusting contrast, gamma, saturation, green/red adjustment, but I cannot do better than that attached herewith. I think it does allow one to see some details.

Unfortunately less easy to improve an over-exposed pic than an under-exposed one. Here's the best I could manage.
