Grey or common (harbour) seal (1 Viewer)

I'm pretty sure this is a bull common seal in the River Brora a couple of days ago. Can someone tell the difference from this photo? I couldn't see his fur properly under the water.

I'd have said grey based on: length of muzzle [long], relative size of eyes [appear small], position of eyes [more to sides of head]
 
Thanks TF. Here is another photo I've just finished working on, and he does look like a grey in this one.
