Hi there: I dismissed this as a Paddyfield Pipit but on getting home I realise the bill is all wrong for a Pipit. In the absence of white fringing on the tail I have excluded Australasian,it could be Burmese as I was near the Myanmar border; however that would be a first and I somehow doubt it. So I tend towards Indochinese. Anyone able to confirm or otherwise. Many thanks

The heavy looking bill and the lack of white in the outermost tail feathers are good for Indochinese Bush Lark.
