Moving frogspawn to pond (1 Viewer)

I have frogspawn in a plastic trug in the middle of the lawn – and I know they cannot survive there! Fortunately, I do have 2 small wildlife ponds, no fish, just frogs and newts. Having read other threads saying about water temperature having to remain constant for the tadpoles, should I take extra measures moving the spawn to the pond? Or am I being over-protective of the little ones? ;o)
