I found this beetle dead in our shed. Never seen anything like it before, can anyone id it?

Thanks

A Longhorned Beetle (Cerambycidae), which may have lost some of its antennae.
There are numerous species, specialist can tell which one this is, but may need size and more detail.

Assuming this is quite large, how about a Tanner Beetle Prionus coriarius. The segmented antennae look good I think. I'm not a 'specialist' however!

I've just been told that this is the first record for the county! It hasn't even been recorded in the Wyre Forest either
